Context
Sublitex is a company from Mendoza specializing in textile sublimation with a strong presence in the sector, but it suffered from an undefined value proposition and generic communication that positioned it as "just another supplier" in the market. Despite having great technical potential—especially in the sports segment—they came to Sneety because they couldn't stand out based on quality or commercial strategy.
The Challenge
Sublitex had an unclear value proposition, communication lacking a differential focus, and an outdated brand image that didn't reflect the business's quality or potential.
The commercial area operated without structure or strategy: quotes were sent without follow-up or result analysis, and there were no tools to evaluate customer satisfaction or detect areas for improvement.
There was also no clear reading of the market or competitors, preventing the identification of competitive advantages. Digitally, the brand communicated without planning, visual coherence, or a clear narrative.
The Solutions
Sneety approached the project in five integrated stages:
1. Rebranding & Value Proposition: We completely redesigned Sublitex's visual identity to reflect a modern, professional brand connected to the sports universe. We developed a new logo, color palette, typography, verbal identity, and visual system, achieving aesthetic coherence and greater impact across all touchpoints.
The new image reinforces key attributes such as performance, quality, customization, and dynamism. Additionally, we worked on the naming and updated the isotype, consolidating a stronger and more memorable digital identity.
The brand shifted from being perceived as a simple supplier to positioning itself as a key ally for clubs, companies, and sports brands. We transformed the brand positioning to become a partner for different groups, communities, and sports teams that understand passion and its symbols—and therefore value and protect them.
This conceptual base allowed us to align strategic and creative decisions, building a coherent brand narrative across every channel.
2. Content Marketing: We developed a strategic content plan with well-defined editorial lines, established posting frequency, and clear communication goals for each social network or media outlet—Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Newsletter.
Through this plan, we ensured that all communication had a specific purpose, aligned with the brand's values and objectives. We also organized a monthly editorial calendar for social media to guarantee constant and consistent communication with the audience.
In this case, we trained their in-house social media manager to follow the plan correctly and autonomously.
3. Offline Brand Experience: To strengthen Sublitex's physical presence, we designed a brand experience that connects with the young audience of clubs and academies. The product catalog was renewed with a fresh, sporty aesthetic reflecting brand quality.
The storefront facade was transformed to attract a younger crowd, featuring a vibrant design that invites people in. We incorporated unique sensory marketing with a distinctive scent in the space.
The delivery of uniforms now includes a smart tag with a QR code, allowing customers to access exclusive content and promotions. Additionally, we implemented PR actions with banners in strategic locations and activations at sports events, clubs, and schools, reinforcing brand visibility in the youth environment.
Every detail was designed to offer an integral experience that goes beyond the purchase, aligning the brand with the style and energy of an audience that loves sports and belonging to a community.
4. Commercial Professionalization: We developed personalized commercial proposals that communicate real value and differentiate Sublitex from generic quotes. We also implemented an opportunity tracking system with organized templates and guides for effective meetings. Furthermore, we conducted a competitive analysis that revealed market gaps, allowing us to adapt the strategy and occupy spaces neglected by the competition.
The Results
