Formate Sommeliers
Branding | Communication Strategy | Website Development with Optimized SEO | Content for All Stages of the Customer Journey (across multiple channels like Social Media + Email Marketing + WhatsApp).
The Argentine School of Sommeliers boasts 24 years of research and teaching experience. It features an online education platform, Formate Sommeliers, designed to expand its offerings in sommelier training by addressing key career topics and providing excellent technical-academic content for the development of professionals in the field.
The platform offers courses ranging from basic to advanced levels, with the unique advantage of having renowned instructors, along with educational materials curated by major Argentine wineries and supported by leading sommeliers from the Mendoza region.
They approached us to connect with and impact the Brazilian audience through educational content that highlighted the brand’s benefits and the value their courses bring to professionals in the industry.
Problem:
The brand was launched in Brazil in 2022 but saw no results. Its communication had been translated from Argentine content using Google Translate. It was necessary to improve this communication, target the right audience, and strategically position the brand to generate sales and establish itself in the Brazilian market.
Solutions:
We created a new verbal and visual identity for the brand, including a new color palette to make the communication more appealing, especially to a non technical audience. We researched and analyzed the Brazilian audience to develop content tailored to their pain points and needs.
Based on this, we developed new website content using SEO techniques, as well as a new editorial line for social media that aligned more closely with the target audience’s profile. Additionally, we rethought the sales department's communication strategy.
Results:
Once the new communication strategy was implemented, the results began to show: social media engagement grew by 88%, the website saw a 67% increase in new visitors and organic search visibility, and for the first time, the Argentine School of Sommeliers began generating leads or potential customers. In the first quarter alone, over 70 qualified leads were generated—those most likely to respond positively to a sales approach.
